Our weekly meetings are open to anyone, and do not require payment of dues to attend. Dues-paying members, however, are entitled to certain privileges like attending social events, voting in elections, access to career and internship materials marketed only to members, and so much more! While no one is required to pay dues to join IRO, some of our branch organizations may require you to pay IRO’s dues in order to join.

Dues are $10 for one semester, or $15 for the academic year. They can be paid to our Venmo, @IROatUVA, or can be paid in-person to our Treasurer, Anirudh Chinthakindi. If dues represent any financial obstacle, no matter how small, please do not hesitate to reach out about getting them waived - the Organization is dedicated to lowering financial barriers and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
